Supporting Young People to Learn, Grow and Achieve
The Education Enhancement Programme at Diverse Youth NI’s North Hub exists to support young people aged 7 to 18 who need additional guidance, academic support and a safe environment to thrive.
We recognise that many young people, especially those from migrant, multicultural and newcomer backgrounds, face unique challenges in school. Our North Hub team provides tailored, compassionate assistance that strengthens learning, boosts confidence and helps every young person reach their potential.
What Is the Education Enhancement Programme?
The programme is a youth-centred academic support service focused on:
- Homework help and tutoring
- Literacy and numeracy support
- Motivation and confidence-building
- Study skills and exam preparation
- English support for newcomer young people
- Enrichment activities that make learning fun
Our approach blends structured academic support with youth work principles, giving young people the tools to succeed while nurturing their wellbeing and sense of belonging.
